I really enjoyed reading book 2 .its definitely a page turner..I appreciate a man that goes after what he wants.this book is how strong family bonds are.friendships,cheaters backstabers,loyalty and last but not least.love.then bam.at the end.ok book 3 where are you at ..will be reading more by Y.M Shree. After reading part 1, I HAD to see what would happen next. The drama and sex continues but it's done in a non rushed and natural way. Sebastian and Imani are back again, making love and being our favorite couple again but he's hiding something from her. The ending will definitely have you on the edge of your seat and ready for answers
The story line is very good. For the second book I noticed it started repeating the last chapter of book one....that's not what I'm paying for. There was way too many typos to the point it distracted from the story . Warning this book has cliffhangers.
This part 2 is breathtaking!!! The woman in the book is stalked who thinks it's her ex Nick but finds out its not. She has also fallen in love with her boss who they now have a relationship with AND now she finds out that he "supposedly" have a child by a chick name Candy. READ READ READ!!!! This is an excellent series so far!!!
Part two was crazy!!! So much has happened. We finally know who Zorro is. Imani and Sebastian relationship has evolved from just boss and worker to something else. Imani has a stalker that she does not even know who yet. And then there is the big shocker at the end. Can Imani bounced back from everything that is being thrown at her? Or is this too much for her to take? I can't wait for part 3. So many questions to be answered.
This story is getting better and better.... Definitely did not expect that ending! To me I've only one complaint ... For how hard Imani's dad was against white ppl, I think he accepted Sebastian 's relationship with his daughter way too easily! Other than that, I'm eager to find out more ... And who this mystery man is!
My review is for both books since, if you read this one, you've probably already read the first one. The story line is pretty good, it was kind of predictable except for who the stalker is... I wish we knew by now. The only thing I didn't like was the book was from a lot of point of views and it wasn't very structured. For example, one minute it would be Sebastian thinking or talking and then it would be a thought from Imani and dialogue and at times, it was hard to keep up with who was talking, thinking, etc. I think it would have been nice to have a little more details about the looks of the characters; however, a big part of reading is imagination so with the lack of details comes being able to paint the characters to look how you think they should look. Besides that and it being predictable (like already knowing who Zorro was going to be), it was a pretty good story line. Now I am ready to see what Sebastian has to say about this kid he has! I will say that the cliffhangers will really keep you coming back to find out what happens next.
